A simple morning cacao drink for steady energy

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 2 tablespoons Kampura ceremonial cacao

  • 3/4 cup liquid

Liquid options:

  • oat milk

  • almond milk

  • whole milk

  • water + splash of milk

Optional:

  • vanilla

  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

1. Heat the liquid

Warm liquid gently in a saucepan.

2. Add cacao

Add chopped cacao block or cacao flakes.

3. Whisk or froth
