Returns Policy (Kampura)

Effective Date: March 31, 2026

By placing an order on www.kampura.com, you confirm that you’ve read and agree to the shipping, returns, and cancellation terms on this page.

 


 

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are food items and ship internationally, all sales are final except in cases where we made an error.

We will replace or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • An item was missing from your order, or

  • Your order arrived damaged due to our packing error (rare, but possible)

If any of the above happens, email us at nicholas.silverman@kampura.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number (put it in the subject line)

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (when relevant)

If we confirm the issue was on our end, we’ll either ship a replacement or issue a refund, at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened products

  • Products you simply decide you don’t want after ordering

  • Orders delayed by the carrier or customs once shipped

  • Shipping charges (unless the mistake was ours)

  • Issues caused by an incorrect or undeliverable address provided at checkout

 


 

Cancellations & Order Changes

We ship quickly and internationally. If you need to cancel or change your order (including updating your shipping address), contact nicholas.silverman@kampura.com immediately.

  • Before shipment: we’ll do our best to accommodate cancellations or address changes.

  • After shipment: we cannot cancel, intercept, or refund an order in transit.
